One Month To Go

Today I realized that in exactly one month from today is baby Roberts' due date. I can't believe how fast this pregnancy has gone. It honestly seems like just yesterday when I was complaining to my husband how I wished the second trimester would get here so I would start to feel better. Little did I know that the second trimester wasn't the magical trimester (for me anyhow) where all the symptoms go away. Either way,  time sure has flown by. Now that I have four weeks or so to go I couldn't be more excited. I am so ready to meet my little man for the first time and kiss his cheeks over and over again.

This past weekend I had my baby shower and BOY was that such fun. The theme was Fall so we had pumpkins & sunflowers everywhere, pumpkin pie, Pinterest inspired chocolate and peanut butter acorn treats, cold cuts, my husband's potato salad, beer and sparkling cider for this mama to be ;) We made the decision to have co-ed party so my husband's friends and their wives could attend. I loved having it co-ed too because that meant my husband, dad and grandpa could all be there as well. It was such a lovely time having all of our friends and family over and I will never forget it. I feel so thankful to have such wonderful people in our lives to celebrate the upcoming birth of our son.

I haven't filled any of these out during my pregnancy, but I thought it would be fun to do one now that I'm at the 36 week mark so here are some updates. PS the picture above is my belly with a sign I made to hang on the front door for my baby shower.

How far along? 36 weeks
Total weight gain: Somewhere in the high twenties I believe.
Maternity clothes? Definitely. I tried wearing one of my non-maternity shirts the other day and it was a total belly shirt. Fail.
Stretch marks? Not that I've noticed.
Sleep: Pretty good!
Best moment this week: Having my baby shower :)
Miss Anything? Wearing regular clothes. Especially jeans.
Movement: All the time. Love them.
Food cravings: Anything sweet.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Motion sickness in the car hasn't been fun.
Gender: Boy!
Labor Signs: None
Symptoms: All throughout pregnancy I've been nauseous. Just this trimester it's only for like an hour in the morning/afternoon.
Belly Button in or out? Out
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!
Looking forward to: Meeting baby boy :)
